Job Description We are an expanding residential, commercial cleaning building maintenance company servicing throughout the Mainland area. We are seeking to meet experienced, energetic, and quality candidates for an on-call building cleaner position.
Shifts available:
Availability: Monday to Friday/ Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 4:00 pm depending on the building. Areas: Richmond, Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Langley, VancouverMore & more
Main duties:
cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, windows; vacuuming all carpeted areas; mopping all tile floor areas, entrances; cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms; looking after exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.
Qualifications:
possess strong cleaning skills; have a good understanding of cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions; be reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic; have a positive and friendly attitude; be e-mail and text message friendly; good communication.
